Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream

  • 2 Tbsp Rhed’s Original Hot Sauce

  • 4 Tbsp Déjà Vu Hot Sauce (or use 6 Tbsp Morita Hot Sauce in place of both)

  • 2 cups Chopped Chicken, fully cooked

  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese

  • ½ bunch Sliced Scallions, plus more for garnish

  • Tortilla Chips, Celery Sticks & Mini Bell Peppers, for serving

Preparation

  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and hot sauces until combined.

  2. Stir in chicken, cheese and scallions, reserving a little cheese & scallions to sprinkle on top.

  3. Enjoy cold or pour into a non-stick skillet and bake 20 minutes at 375° and enjoy warm.
