Zesty Cabbage Slaw

½ Head Cabbage (green, red, savoy or mixed), thinly shaved

1 Carrot, grated

6 Radishes, sliced paper thin
-
½ cup Pepperoncini, chopped (with a little bit of the pepperoncini liquid)

3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
-
1 Tbsp Rhed’s Original Hot Sauce
-
1 Tbsp Red Onion, minced
-
1 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
-
Salt and Lemon Juice, to taste

Preparation
Combine everything in a large bowl. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy on tacos, burgers or as a side salad!
